Wild Thing Yoga offers Hatha and vinyasa style yoga classes in Perth CBD and surrounding suburbs.
The Wild Thing philosophy is that every individual has their own unique yoga practice or style to be explored. In yoga teachers often say "come as you are." My desire is to nurture a safe and playful environment in which you can come as you are and be wildly you!
There are so many benefits that yoga can bring to our busy lives, both physical and mental. Flexibility, strength and toning, better posture, reduced stress, focus and clarity... are just a few benefits of yoga. Yet my passion and motivation for sharing this practice with you is seeking a self-awareness and honouring that self.
The classes are designed to offer a little something for everyone. Whether it's your first downward dog or you've been practicing for years... you will find a home here at Wild Thing Yoga!

LUNCH TIME HATHA
45 minutes - All Levels
Lunch Time Hatha is a perfect class to get a quick zen-fix during the busy day. Hatha class focuses on postural alignment, control of breath and slow transitions. Time spent in each pose will increase strength, balance and flexibility.
HATHA SLOW FLOW
60 minutes - Beginner / Intermediate Level
Hatha Slow Flow is a vinyasa style class slowed down so you can reap the benefits of each pose. Maintaining a strong focus on intentional placement, transitions and movement through breath, this class welcomes all wild souls to discover their playground on the mat.
60 minutes - Intermediate Level
Dynamic Vinyasa is an energising yoga class which links breath with movement. Enjoy create asana sequences and a challenging workout. This class will keep you on your toes and at your edge!
60 minutes - All Levels
Yin Yoga is a gentle practice which uses passive and restorative poses held for a longer time to increase flexibility and reduce tension. This class will leave you feeling stretched out and zen'ed out.
Pair Yin with a glass of wine at our monthly Yin & Vin event!
30 minutes - All Levels
Calm your mind and recenter with our guided meditations. Our meditation classes offer a variety of techniques such as pranayama (breath), mantra (voice) and guided imagery.
Practicing just 12 minutes per day of meditation and mindfulness can leave you feeling more focused, less stress and anxiety, and boosted creativity!
