Yoga for me is a graceful manner in which I can navigate the unmarked territories, while finding balance in honouring the places I have been.
I completed my 200 hour YTT with High Vibe Yoga in Bali in 2016 with an intention only to deepen my own personal yoga practice. Yet I returned to Australia with an eagerness to share this yoga with each of you.
Expect the classes at Wild Thing Yoga to play with the relationship between physical body awareness, internal reflection and the free-flow energy in that moment of balance on our mats.
